How Individual Service Quotes Are Built
The final price for a selected PM interval is calculated from the standard rates above, the required labor hours, machine-specific fluid capacities, filter and parts requirements, travel distance, applicable taxes, and any separately authorized work.
Machine-specific parts and quantities are confirmed before service. Filters, sample kits, replacement components, freight, taxes, and specialty materials are quoted separately when applicable. Fluid rates are applied by the quoted unit shown on the machine-specific estimate.
Planned Service Scope
Each higher-hour interval includes all lower-interval service items plus the additional operations listed. Actual work remains subject to machine configuration, service history, OEM requirements, site access, and customer authorization.

|---|---|
| Electrical Wiring | Inspect visible wiring, harness routing, connectors, clamps, chafing, exposed conductors, and obvious electrical damage. |
| Hoses and Lines | Inspect visible hydraulic, coolant, fuel, and air hoses and lines for leaks, abrasion, cracking, loose routing, and damaged fittings. |
| Running Gear / Undercarriage | Inspect applicable tires or tracks, wheels, axles, rollers, idlers, sprockets, tandem housings, articulation points, guards, and related components for wear, damage, leaks, and loose hardware. |
| Fluid Levels and Leaks | Check accessible fluid levels and inspect for visible engine oil, coolant, hydraulic, transmission, final-drive, and fuel leaks. |
| Blade and Attachments | Inspect any installed blade, moldboard, ripper, scarifier, or bucket attachment for wear, cracking, damage, excessive movement, cutting-edge or tooth condition, and secure mounting. |
